Raw Chef Gail started her journey into raw foods initially to only loose weight as a challenge to eat only fruits and vegetables that would not be cooked. What she discovered was that the weight loss paled in comparison to the enormous other benefits she experienced that left a lasting impression.
With this new found excitement and freedom, she began her studies into Raw Food Nutrition, Juicing Protocols, and Health Coaching.
